Re: Winter Formal Saturday, February 5
To parents of 7th and 8th grade students
Come rain, or sleet, or snow - and we've had them all this week - the dance is on for tomorrow night!! The gym is ready, the pizza is hot, the music is fun and the dance floor is beckoning...so have your student come ready to have fun with their friends! The gym doors open at 7p. One last
suggestion: Encourage your child to leave the cell phones at home if possible - we want to avoid any mishaps with lost, dropped, broken, danced-on phones as a result of kids hoppin' and boppin' to the great music! See you and your students tomorrow! Geri McKay and Beth Pretti, co-chairs

St. Jude Cadet Boys Volleyball (post 1)
The second season of Unofficial CYO Boys Volleyball is here. St Jude would like to enter a cadet team (7&8 grades) The season will start February 20 and run through March 20. This should not interfere with CYO Spring sports. We will play on mostly on Sundays and on some Saturdays. And practice once or twice a week if gym space is available. This is a very laid back league as everyone wants it to be fun and understands that it is new.
If you are interested please e-mail Mitch Allard @ Allard86@iquest.net or call 416-4328 or check out the St Jude blog. Link on St Jude home page. If interested, please don’t delay. Time to sign up is short.
St. Jude Boys Volleyball (post 2)
St Jude will have a Boys Volleyball program this spring for the Cadet level. If a coach can be found for the 5th /6th grade level, we would have a team for that level. Tentative dates are still being worked out. Games will likely be on Sunday only and would be double matches to maximize play in a short season. Fees for a team is $200 and would be split up evenly by all team players. If you would like further information, please contact Mitch Allard at allard86@iquest.net. More information will be posted on blog after the Coaches / Coordinators meeting.
