TP COLLECTION RESULTS 6777 ROLLS!
The toilet paper will be taken to the Pantry and staged for "repackaging" before distributing to Pantry clients. Since we receive so few donations of TP, we prepare a bag with two rolls and put on the shopping line. Clients are "charged" one point for the two-pack and are limited to one bag for more equitable distribution. We seldom have ANY toilet paper (or other paper products), plus clients cannot use food stamps to purchase paper products; thus, nearly every client will "spend" their points on TP when available.
Thanks again and many blessings to the students, faculty and staff of St Jude.

Katie Lynch Bone Marrow Registry
This Sunday, Oct. 10 is the St. Jude Blood Drive from 8:00am to 2:00pm in the cafeteria. It is short notice, but we will also be signing people up for the Bone marrow Registry for Katie. Unfortunately, none of her siblings were a match for her. There is a $30 fee to sign up. This helps pay for the extensive testing. It only takes 20 minutes to fill out paperwork and 4 cheek swaps. Wouldn't it be a wonderful gift if you were a match for Katie or someone else? You must be between the ages of 18 to 61. Please pass the word around. If anyone knows any businesses that would donate $300.00 towards the registry, this would cover 10 people to sign up.
